What do we collect here?
The fit-review form collects a company name, contact name, business email, country, product name, optional public product link and market objective. It does not create an account, take payment or accept file uploads; product documents and commercial files are not collected through this page.
Technical logs
Hosting and security providers may process standard technical records such as IP address, browser type and request time for site reliability, abuse prevention and error investigation.
Cookies and tracking
This version uses no advertising tracking, behavioural targeting or third-party marketing cookies. A strictly necessary cookie may remember a visitor's explicit language choice.
Email contact
When you email info@eybpassage.com, your email address, message content and any files you choose to attach are processed to assess and respond to your request. Do not send confidential, personal or commercially sensitive documents until a written scope and secure transfer method are agreed.
Fit-review form
Form information is used to assess whether the product fits the process, respond to the application and explain the next step. It is not added to a marketing list without separate consent. An application does not create a service agreement or payment obligation.
Retention and deletion
Contact records are kept only as long as needed to respond, protect security and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through the corporate email address.
Private workspace
Product and decision work remains in a separate access area. Retention, access and deletion terms for private pilot participants are provided before customer data is collected.
