How expert advice is provided
Customs classification, tax, certification, product safety, labelling, contracts and import obligations are verified by the relevant authorities and qualified independent experts. Under a written paid scope, EYB Passage may identify those experts and coordinate proposals and document flow; the professional or official opinion is issued by the relevant expert or authority.
Third-party information and marks
Third-party information used for comparison or research is not a declaration by the product owner. Producer names, trademarks or document scope may not be used as buyer-facing approval claims without written permission.
Decision responsibility
Commercial decisions must be checked against current pricing, freight, currency, customs and contract terms. EYB Passage is designed to expose uncertainty; it does not guarantee a commercial outcome.
When does an engagement begin?
A fit-review application, initial email or conversation does not create a service agreement. Work begins only when a written scope covering purpose, output, data use, timing, fees and responsibility boundaries is accepted by both sides.
Confidential information and documents
Do not send trade secrets, personal data, customer lists, private pricing or technical files until the transfer method and purpose of use are agreed in writing.
Fees and payment
The public website does not take payment. EYB Passage service fees, independent expert fees, official-body charges and other third-party costs are shown separately in the written proposal when applicable. No expert is engaged and no additional cost is incurred without client approval.
